We have visited this location a few times now and have always had good experiences. Today was our first trip since they reopened dining and everything went smoothly. Used the waitlist feature online, worked well!
On Sunday I placed an online order for Father’s Day Dinner at 12 noon at the Laplata, Md location. Received a confirmation email to pick up the order at 5pm today. Arrived and was told to wait in a line that was wrapped around the building with no social distancing and staff barely wearing mask, and customers coming out with no mask on as well. Have a cook that takes pride in their service. It never fails, something comes out wrong. Simple instructions. All you have to do is read.

I ordered takeout through the mobile app and selected a time, pulled up and gave my name and they gave us a parking slot and that our food would be out shortly. The staff was in wonderful spirits and they even gave us a dog treat for my pup! We only waited about 2 minutes for our food and we had a 15 minute drive home. The food was still hot and wonderful once we got home! It was a GREAT experience overall!! ❤️
Thank you Texas Roadhouse for offering your Family Meal packs! Everything was delicious! I also wanted to thank to your staff for how organized the curb side pick up was! I ordered my meal online, was able to select my pick up time, drove up to the outside tent, received my receipt and was given a parking space number where I parked and within 10 mins my meals were delivered hot and ready to go!
