Normally we have a great experience here, but this past weekend we went and the hostesses at the front were very rude and kept rolling their eyes and customers and getting upset when we would ask them a question. Some of the employees at the front would talk about customers as they would walk away and we could hear them. I just thought that was very unprofessional and shows poor customer service. The food is always good, but the staff is not very friendly.

I went by myself. I realize that larger parties mean bigger tips, but I still expect the same service as everyone else. The hostess told me she couldn't seat me while the staff was dancing their usual line dance. Which was fine- I just looked at the menu while I waited. When the song was over, they sat a party that came in after me. Then three hostesses kind of stood around until a party of 4 or 5 came in. That party got seated in seconds. Great atmosphere and great ribeye steaks.
I treat myself to a steak now and then. This is the place I chose to indulge my craving. The staff, although young, was very friendly and personable. Baked Sweet Potato w/brown sugar and marshmallows... Yum!
Rushed atmosphere. The deep fried onion appy is a ball of oil and grease. The unlimited onions you get for your steak for 1.99 are not Vidalia and are nearly raw and placed over your steak. I have never met anyone who likes to eat raw onions. Caramelize them! The actual steak was fair at best. I had the Chicken Portebello and the mushrooms where small and simply put bad tasting. Good food, good service .. a bit too loud for me .. but its a fun place to go!
The service is great, but the food to me is just so-so. I don't feel that there is a ton of variety on the menu...but maybe that is just me.
