Food is not good staff is rude

3:00 on a Saturday and not too busy. Unfortunately food was cold and service lackluster at this location. Texas Roadhouse can be hit or miss and this time they missed. Medium rare steak was raw and chili was too salty to eat. Waitress forgot items and told us 'I have to take these other orders first'. Nope, just nope. Next time heading to Longhorn.
I came here to eat with my friends, and my waitress Angel was absolutely phenomenal! She was so kind and she was working so so hard. I do have one complaint though, our food was over cooked and the kitchen was horrible. Angel baby find a new job! You deserve better!
