I waited for my curbside order for 20 minutes longer than it was supposed to take. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location (or any location) but today I unfortunately did. I wish I would have looked at my food before I drove home or I would have sent it back. I was so bummed out to see my steak kabab burnt to an absolute crisp like jerky when I asked for medium well. Can honestly say this was the worst Texas Roadhouse experience my family has ever had. We were seated at a table that still had dirty dishes on it. The waitress took our drink order and brought us Coke Zero instead of Diet Coke and watered down sweet tea. We ordered our food and after a half hour, I had to flag down another waitress to get us rolls.
