I have always had good service and friendly service. I enjoy going their.
I have two words ! Fun,Yum !!! But since you want 50 characters I'll have to comeup with more ! Texas Road house is so fun ,I think it's the best place under the sun,when we're going ,I can just about run ,and when you finish hunger is none ! When the waitresses dance, it reminds me of a ranch,and so far I give it a 5 Star ! So get in your car because it's not thar far and I'll bet you'll give it a 5 star !
Had 4 only had 3 at yhe time and we were waiting on 1 person. Had to be somewhere, but wouldn't let us sit down at a table until that one person came. It's only one person the size table would be the same if we had three people or four. They wouldnt let us sit down get our drinks or get qn appetizer. Didn't end up being able to eat here because we would be late to our show. Very disappointed

1st...ceiling fans were grouse. 2nd...waitress ' tables were too spread apart and kept forgetting about us. She said our table was an add on. 3rd...ordered a medium steak warm pink in middle like waitress said was well done all the way thru. 4th...husband fries were terribly salty. I don't like complaining but we've always had great service and food. Plus we drive an hour to eat there. Was dissapointed.

Very poor service. Mark Prosen is an absolute poor owner. Very inconsiderate when all parties must be in the restaurant before they seat you. But my sister had to pump milk in the car to have a little more privacy. And he proceeded to kick us out. Go elsewhere obviously mark doesn't have any consideration when someone needs to feed their baby in privacy. When I asked for the corporate number he hesitated to get the number. Go to longhorn steakhouse in Waterloo they have the best steak in town and better services.
First time eating here was great. 1 disappointment was the manager said he would bring us a card for a free appetizer on our next visit but never did.
