My girlfriend and I went to your establishment tonight expecting great service and food as always due to past experiences. But we were extremely let down by the service we received. I'm sad to say this, but it was honestly probably the worst service I've recieved at a restuarant. While eating my salad I bit into a foreign object. I spit out a chip off of a plate or bowl. I stopped the manager & told him & showed him the chip & his response was to tell me of his experience at Buffalo Wild Wings where he bit into glass & chipped his tooth & had to have a root canal. He said sorry, took the piece of broken plate with him as he walked away. It ruined the rest of my meal & the two other people I was dining with. our bill came to $130.
