We went to Texas Roadhouse in Altoona and the service was great. However my $25 steak was so tough I couldn't eat it (my husband doesn't like it when I complain) I left half of it which was mostly grissel and fat. They really over did it on the charcoal. It was almost like the grill need cleaned...thick and clumps of charcoal.....the salad and rolls were great.
