I went by myself. I realize that larger parties mean bigger tips, but I still expect the same service as everyone else. The hostess told me she couldn't seat me while the staff was dancing their usual line dance. Which was fine- I just looked at the menu while I waited. Above average food in a noisy environement! – I actually have been to the roadhouse 3-4 times now and always enjoy the food. One of the best things on the menu is the Country Fried Sirloin. However, this place is noisy! Now I understand you have to have music in your theme restaurant but the volume was so loud it was hard to talk within your table. Great Ambiance – I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Peanut shells on the floor... great excitement with wait staff dancing and the birthday saddle??? I loved the fresh rolls with the whipped cinammin honey butter - Yummmm! Generous portions. The steak was good - I've had better and I have certainly had worse. AWESOME!!!!!!!!! – I took a friend to dinner at Texas Roadhouse. It was our first visit there and not only was the staff friendly, fun and informative, they over all ambience was a terrific experience. I recommend it HIGHLY for anyone who wants one of the best nights out for dinner!
