We loved our steaks, but noise was over the top. The staff was so busy screaming and laughing at Each Other, we were often ignored and service was meh! The music was turned up to the point where people were covering their ears in pain and forget trying to talk. TURN DOWN THE VOLUME and we might go back for the good food. PLEASE!!!!
Loud! Not senior friendly. Deep fried pickles are OK. I won't go there for dinner. They do fund raisers for vet that are take home meals that are OK
I love this chain! The food is awesome and the servers are very friendly. Loaded baked potato is to die for.
I absolutely love the food here at Texas Roadhouse, but the service was terrible. My server, Amanda, was very rude and gave me dirty looks the entire evening. I don't know if I will return.
I've been to Texas Roadhouse in 3 states and in each one the customer service has been excellent as well as the food.
The ribs do fall off the bone, but the bbq sauce tastes crispy and overcooked. Seasoned rice was awful, apple sauce was the cheap kind, and the green beans were gross as well. The fries were decent, but it wasn't at all worth the price. Will not be returning.
