Good Steak- Bad atmosphere As far as steak goes, Texas Road House has amazing cuts. However, the rest of their food is not as pleasing, plus I wasn't thrilled about our waiter taking forever because his manager made him square dance instead of bringing us our food. Incredible steaks! My husband and I come here whenever we're in need of a good steak! The price is unbelievable for the sirloin, which is always very tender. All of the sides are very good, but we've never been too pleased with the chili. They claim their margaritas are world-class, but I haven't had a good one yet. It's not all about the steak! Most people go for the steak - we go for the Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. This is a true 'down home' meal with super taste and keeps us coming back!! Plus, free entertainment with the wait-staff doing line dancing!
Food was good, ambience was annoying The steaks are far from the best I've ever had - for a relatively inexpensive restaurant, the food is adequate... the wait staff constantly breaking into song and dance is annoying and not the least bit entertaining. Texas Roadhouse is FUN This is my family's favorite place to go for a special day (birthday, etc). They play LOUD Country music. They line dance in the aisles (quite different from square dancing actually). To the person who requested a quiet area to be seated in, now that's funny.
The BEST Food! I personally think that The Texas Roadhouse has the BEST steak. They offer free peanuts (which by the way you throw the shells on the floor!) and nice warm rolls and cinnamon butter. Dinner for 2 costed us under $35.00. I would DEFINATELY recommend ANYONE to try them out.
Mothers Day Dinner I was taken to Texas Roadhouse on May 13, 2006. The service was great and the meal also. They had the fire alarm go off and 5 firetrucks arrived there but there was no fire. Then we started to eat again and they went off again. It sort of was annoying again. Mothers Day treat was very good anyway. Thank you Nancy Caron
The meal was good, the atmosphere not so good The food here is good but it is far too noisey. My husband and I found it annoying. There was also a very long wait to get a table. Won't try this place again.
Absolutely Horrible Service. Let me say that we are very easy going and not high maintenance at all. My girlfriend and I went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Nashua for her birthday. We were seated. Then we waited and waited and waited for nearly 15 minutes. No waiter/waitress ever came by. At least 8 employees went to the pay station computers which are not more than 20 feet away. To say the service was terrible is an understatement. We used to go here regularly, but never again!!
