I went to Texas roadhouse for Mother’s Day dinner with my son. The service was excellent. The food was good. The only thing the puzzled me was I got a prime rib. It was a quarter of an inch thick like a I thin steak. I get prime rib every Sunday and it is at least 2 inches for $25, which I pay when I go out for a prime .Yes, I don’t know what that was.
