Very friendly staff, efficient, professional and fast!
I can’t thank or recommend Dr. Shawn Kovoussi and his staff enough for helping me get my vision back. Dr. Kovoussi has performed two procedures on my eyes in the last year and a half. First, I had an appointment with my local Doctor who determined that I had a possible detached Retina. I live 100+ miles from the Retina Center and was diagnosed at 8 AM, 4 hours later I was there and in emergency Surgery. In a week I was back to normal. Dr. Kavoussi is an excellent retinal surgeon. He performed emergency surgery on my husband after retinal detachment. Awesome bedside manner definitely treats you as a person not just a patient. Very thorough explaining the process and the expectations. It's been a wonderful experience. There is a staff member that needs to work on her customer service skills. Dr. Shawn Kavoussi performed eye surgery on my husband's left eye at Victoria Eye Center in Victoria, Texas. It had alot of floaters. After surgery my husband doesn't need his glasses. He can see ! Dr Kavoussi IS AMAZING. We highly recommend him. This surgery is a life changer.
