They overbook & you have to wait. Everytime. No consideration for your time.
The wait here is very long. Better clear out your day if you have a appointment here. Appointment was 10:45 and you don't get seen by the dr until almost 1pm.
I come here for eye injections. These appointments typically can be 1 1/2-3 hours. You tend to see the same patients waiting with you. Just show up prepared for such a wait, and it won't be so bad. The staff is very busy, friendly and helpful. Thankfully, the chairs are comfortable. They just need a bigger waiting area with more of them.
I was an urgent referral from Eyecare Rockwall with a torn retina. Got in there not knowing what to expect. The staff got me in and started testing pretty quickly. Diana Laura treated my eye injury with a laser. The whole experience was zero fun, but I'm sure thankful for the staff there, treatment, and Dr. Laura's explanations.
Friendly, kind, and caring staff and doctors. Great treatment.
