This place overbooks their patients. At least 40 patients at all times sit in the lobby waiting. They have one restroom to use and most are elderly patients. Parking lot is always full and you have to park in the shopping center behind the the office. Only 3 handicap parking spaces. This place really needs to consider moving into a more convenient location that can handle this many patients. Do better....
Do not go to Dr. Chong. I had an issue arise in my left eye as I have several times before. I asked the staff not to dilate both eyes as I had to return to work and needed to see with at least my good eye. 3 times during my 2 hour visit I told 3 different members of the staff and it was never a problem u nit the last "nurse" she was very rude. She told me I had to do both eyes. After I explained again she left the room, came back and said dr Chong said I had to do both or needed to reschedule. They don't care about people. T... read more
Very professional and helpful to my needs.
Caring and professional!
My follow up appointment was at 8:15. I arrived at 8:00. I am a health provider as well and had a client scheduled at 9:00 am. I had to leave because I sat there for an hour. They stack so many people back to back to maximize how much money they make without caring about anyone's schedule but thror own. I you schedule someone for a simple follow up appointment then honor that. Fix your selfish schedule process.
