Dr. Wang is an excellent, caring physician.
I can’t say enough good things about Texas Retina and the staff. Anything eye related for me is very scary. I was sent immediately from my ophthalmologist to Texas Retina Associates for a possible retinal detachment. They immediately got me in and made me feel very comfortable Dr. Wang explained my condition in a way that is easily understood and was very patient with my questions. The physicians are top notch and truly care about their patients.
Staff super nice and helpful. Dr answered all my questions and concerns. I recommend this office.
I don't understand how a doctor whose patients are mostly over the age of 70, walk with walkers and are slowly going blind can justify having them shuffling and waiting around like cattle for an appt to help their vision. Ourpt was at 12, it is 12:26 and we are in a waiting room with 8 patients waiting ahead to be seen by the doctor. Techs are walking around nonchalantly, not addressing anyone, not apologizing for the wait---like this is how.it.should be?
