We chose Jason and Texas Remodelers because of how responsive he was during the bid process. We worried, like with most contractors about the lack of communication after winning the business but that wasn't the case with Jason and his crew. Once the project started, we had a open line of communication with Jason and our project lead, Hernan. Although we would of loved for the project to of been shorter, it was well worth it when they put the final touches on our bathroom and a bar off our kitchen.

We had a great experience remodeling our bathroom with this team. Jason facilitated a very streamlined and professional process from start to finish. We loved that he spent time with us at the tile store before getting started to give input on what tiles and counters would and wouldn’t work. He was willing to work with us to shop out prices on all the materials and found a remnant of the slab we wanted. I am not impressed with my communication with Jason Estes. We reached out about an addition we wanted on our house. He initially told us that he would get back to us in a week. He finally got back to us after 3 weeks. When I would follow up with him, he would promise a response by a certain day, but not follow through. Another time, he got me mixed up with another potential client, accusing me of not providing the architectural drawings he needed (when I gave them to him weeks before). We used Texas Remodelers & Builders, Inc. for a recent home project and had a really good experience overall. The team was professional but still easy to talk to, and they kept us updated throughout the process. Everything stayed on schedule, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work turned out great, and you can tell they care about the details. Pricing felt reasonable for the amount of work done. Definitely glad we chose them and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable remodeling team.
