Highly professional staff focused on strong recovery with therapy and pain management and rest and nutrition. Throw in kindness and you have a perfect plan for full recovery!
So after a 10 days here at this facility my wife will be released. She had major back surgery and is having to learn some new behaviors for recovery. There have been just a 4 or 5 nurses that seem to be able to still like their jobs. Everyone else seems to be on a rail,"same ol same ol". So to the point , food service is very sub par, you put in an order and sometimes they bring you what you actually order other times it's a crap shot. I had been to Texas Rehab in the past. So when asked where I wanted to go it was an easy choice. All the therapists were very knowledgeable. They explained what and why I needed the particular activity. My room was quiet. The nurses and aids took great care of me. I left stronger and more confident that I could manage the next phase of my life journey.
I was extremely pleased with the progress that I made during my stay at Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller. Your Physical Therapy Department is very excellent, thorough and supportive. They addressed all of my needs. The RN Nicole is phenomenal, absolutely one of the best nurses I have had. I would recommend this facility to anyone
