You know you’ve been treated well when it is with mixed feelings that you leave. I was naturally very ready to get back home, but it was still emotional as I left, seeing faces likely for the last time. The therapists were good at their profession and certainly helped me to improve. Time in the gym was worthwhile and I even made friends with other patients. Very nurses and CNA’s, med tech, very attentive, great PT and OT knowledge and care.
My name is JoAnn Garcia. I was transferred to Tx Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller from my hospital stay. My total experience here at rehab was excellent from the doctors, nurses, PCA’s, therapists, chefs and the cleaning crew. Even though I wasn’t the only patient there. They were prompt to my needs! CREATING AWARENESS AND CONCERNS TO THE CITIZENS OF KELLER: If you have a loved one already here or come by, don’t be blinded by a state of the art facility. What you should be concerned about is the incompetence of staff that seem to be trained on the fly. I have my mother here and what my sister and I have witnessed, splitting 12 hrs shifts, should be alarming for anyone to tread lightly if your loved ones are brought bc it’s in network to your insurance policy.
