I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Dr woo My appointment felt rushed, and I was prescribed antibiotics for five days before my urine culture results were available, so it felt like treatment was started without knowing for sure whether I had a UTI. A urine culture was done on Friday, and it's now been over a week. I have not received my results, an explanation for the delay, or any guidance on whether I need to repeat the test. I've called multiple times, and each time I am told someone will call me back... read more

Dr. Hogan is nice and very informative, but not willing to fill out a prior authorization form for prescribed medications... The solution to them was tell me about Good Rx... Unbelievable... The medication is covered under teir 1... I wasted time and money and now will have seek care elsewhere.

One of the most arrogant Dr's I've ever seen. Wouldn't stop talking, Wouldn't listen when I was allowed to talk, made all types of assumptions about my lifestyle (diet, sleep, ect), basically called me a liar when I told the truth and blamed my wife for adding to my "unhealthy diet" when she's doesn't cook but once or twice a month. He said I'm over eating while eating once a day, said I sleep like crap and probably have sleep apnea when the sleep study said I didn't, but he didn't want to hear all that, just took my outward... read more
