Our realtor lives near a property for lease on Headstall Drive in Tomball, and he has been diligently trying to set up a tour.. We were extremely interested in leasing this property, but after MULTIPLE days and MULTIPLE calls, texts, emails, and even trying to schedule a tour on HAR, Kelly Schmigel has failed to return a single message. If you own this house, I'd be pretty concerned. Very unprofessional.
Just some of the issues I’ve dealt with since renting a property from Tramco. I’ve repeatedly asked Kacey for another point of contact but am told I can’t speak with anyone else. I called Tramco and was told to email Tana, who just forwarded my email to Kacey…. extremely frustrating.
This property management company is extremely annoying and bad at communication. They have an online form, but when you fill it out, they continue to ask for additional information that wasn't even part of the original application. It's a complete waste of time. The application is also very expensive at $55 per person, plus a credit card fee on top of that. For two people you will pay ~$115 just to apply!
