This was my experience- Set appointment for showing in advance and asked to view other properties. The day of they didn’t show . I called the firm a person stated they would be there at a new time and apologized . They said they couldn’t be there when time came . I asked some info about the properties and they stated didn’t know the property lines or prices on the phone . I asked the neighbors. Turns out property was already sold .
