I cannot say enough good things about Kelly Hale and our experience. She went through heII and back for us, and for not a lot of benefit in the end for her. Most anyone else would’ve thrown in the towel and walked away a long time ago, but not Kelly. She stuck it out through the end and made sure we were more than taken care of and protected in the process. This was my experience- Set appointment for showing in advance and asked to view other properties. The day of they didn’t show . I called the firm a person stated they would be there at a new time and apologized . They said they couldn’t be there when time came . I asked some info about the properties and they stated didn’t know the property lines or prices on the phone . I asked the neighbors. Turns out property was already sold .
