Texas Pros Garage Doors does not honor their warranty. I called them on 2 November 2022 to repair my garage door. I send them a copy of my invoice. They told me then that a ***** will be coming. He never showed up. I was provided ****** number and gave him a call. he told me that he no longer works for the company. I am very thankful that I found Texas Pros Garage Door. They were first of all, very professional and efficient during the estimate process; then the work was done in 2 hours; last but not least, their price was reasonable compare to others. I could not be happier with their service, highly recommend this company!

Beware of this company. I paid 985.00 for a new garage door with a 5 year warranty. A few months later, I called Edwin and informed him my garage door wouldn't come down. When speaking to Edwin to coordinate an appointment date. Edwin never discuss a service fee and he stated I was covered by my warranty. Edwin stated he will come on Thursday, then called to reschedule and come on Friday. I called in from work Friday. Edwin was a no call no show on Friday and Saturday.
