Anyone know how to get ahold of someone at this company? They rented a scissor lift from us and now we cannot get ahold of them.
I would HIGHLY recommend Texas Pro Solutions to ANYONE!!! Scott the owner is amazing. He has a heart to serve not only God, but every one! From start to finish he made me feel like a valued customer and treated me above and beyond. Scott and his employee did a wonderful job. Texas Pro Solutions is who I'll call for all my carpet, tile, upholstery, and plumbing needs!
If i could leave zero stars, i would. This company was referred to us by our neighbors in the shadow creek subdivision. I called early in the week and was given an appointment for friday at 10 am. I took time off from work and re-scheduled client appointments to be here at ten am. Not only did this company not show up, but they didnt call and didnt answer any of my calls. Terrible customer service. What a waste of my time.
Scott is a nice guy, but he left me in a bind by removing a whole panel and sheet rock that was unnecessary and then never returned to fix my tub. He never returned my calls. He has done this before according to a Yelp review. I would not recommend him as a plumber.
We were recommended Texas Pro Solutions by one of our friends/neighbors in the Shadow Creek subdivision in Buda. They showed up on-time and quickly provided my wife with a quote to clean the living room, stairs, upstairs hallway, and all 3 bedrooms. They also provided a quote to clean our couch and love seat. No hidden fees. They were very friendly and completed the job to my wife's satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Buda/Kyle area.
