My dad arrived for his appointment 10 min early to fill out paper work... Another guy came in late a while afterwards.. After waiting an hour, the doctor first attended the guy who came late instead of my dad..
I called (08/29) saying I had pink eye and the reception woman said, “We will call a prescription in.” After multiple phone calls and broken promises I finally got the med on Saturday, it took four days! I missed a phone call today (a full 7 days later, 09/05) voicemail message stated, “We need to set you up and appointment so we can call in your medication.” I didn’t have a problem going in the first time I called, but wasn’t asked to. Great Doctor! Due to my long time doctor retiring I was looking for a new long term General Doctor. Both my wife and I love Dr. Archara and his staff.
After going through a mess from very poor service I received a letter today saying I will no longer be a patient if mandeep lol what I joke I walked out last week and the same day had my insurance provider give me a new primary doctor if you want a place you sit around for a hour and call for days about test results only to get the staff left early Friday Monday the staff was home sick Tuesday busy doing other things for other patients so on more worried about how many patients fit in a hour leaving early 12 on Friday and 12... read more
