Texas Pride BBQ - Terrible Service and Food! Wow! This was just plain BAD!!! Brisket (1): Bland, no seasoning, no smoke flavor. Tasted as though they prepared it in an oven. Chicken (0) Smelled like Carcass! It was really old and dry. It's very off-putting. Ribs (3): Were tender, but tasted bland. Were not good at all. Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage (3): Had a funky aftertaste! Cheesy Potatoes (1): My wife had to spit them out.
