Had a great experience with Austin. He showed up quickly and was very professional. I thought that my trucks security system had locked up my key so that it wouldn’t start but turned out to just be a battery connection issue. He figured out the problem and got it fixed for me in less than 15 min. Great service!
AUSTIN WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! After calling 5 or 6 tow companies to unlock my CADILLAC COUPE . They all denied & said it was too big of a risk with the window frame. No one wanted to risk it. No confidence in their work. BUT AUSTIN & TEXAS PREMIER LOCKSMITH knew EXACTLY how to handle that vehicle. Travel time was immaculate & just as they said. Couldn’t have better service. DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY!!
Called at night to get a quote for the next day for a bedroom door open. Was quoted $30 service fee + $25 for labor. Next day the technician claims that it's $105 because of a $75 residential lockout fee. These prices are not on the website and they were not part of the quote. Absolutely ridiculous and fraudulent.
Austin was very quick and very professional! Great person to call when you are in a pinch - especially as a college girl that doesn’t know how to fix anything.
Austin was great, very polite and got me 2 new keys for my car very quickly. Relieved a lot of the stress from the situation.
