Deceptive, bait-and-switch pricing. Their website advertises a $30 service call rate plus additional labor and materials depending on job specifics. The locksmith arrived promptly, and using standard tools drilled out my storage unit lock in about 10 minutes. He then produced an invoice for a $50 service call fee — already $20 more than advertised — and $250 in labor charges. That's $300 + tax for a simple 10-minute job. Alex is the man! This guy definitely knows what he is doing. I accidentally broke my key off in the door of my Rv with my dogs inside parked behind the Cracker Barrel. I was trying not to freak out, and Alex was there within 45 minutes and got the door open in about 5 minutes!! And he didn't charge me an arm and a leg (which I would've paid) Crisis averted thanks to Alex!! Thank you my friend. Trust me, this is the locksmith you want!
