I have been a member of this credit union for about 4 years. I have to say my financial stability is stable. Jill at the Floydada branch is one of the best if not the best. She showed me how to manage my money and build my credit. She shared with me benefits I had with Texas PCU I didn't know. My point is TPCU and the smartest loan officer on their staff is my bank manager. Jill is the best and if she leave I might leave. Thanks TPFCU. And hold on to Victoria too. This is by far the poorest excuse for a business. Money just disappears from your account and they have any excuse that rectifies that behavior. I know because my son's dad banks there and I have seen them not once, but twice draw money out. Then all of a sudden want to blame the social security office. NO MA'AM. I WILL BE HELPING HIM LOOK INTO THIS.
The staff is very friendly and they made the loan process so easy.
