Ive been with this bank 20+ years and haven't had too many issues until recently. Ive held full coverage on my truck 4years and suddenly they secretly added their insurance on my loan, 6 months ago I asked them to remove their extra fee and never did. Now I just made a payment of 185 and suddenly another secrete fee was added and only 30 bucks went towards my loan amount. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. This is bullshit. Stop screwing me and stealing my damn money.
So had a check supposedly not get cleared and instead of them letting me know they decided to hold it for 10 business days after being with them for YEARS! Pretty sure I will be closing my account and not a bank recommended for anyone! Pretty rude clerks as well!!
