Simply slow and incompetent receptionist and accounts manager. It took her more than 5 minutes to give me the wrong information, and then her supervisor did the same thing. More than a 10 minute phone call and all I needed was a correct email address for an escrow agent. They kept trying to give me my own clients email. Disappointed because previously they have been simple to work with.
I would not recommend this title company to anyone. I have closed probably 30 transactions in the last 6 or 7 years and have only worked with this company once and will never do it again. I closed on a home back in August of this year and at the time everything seemed fairly smooth. But fast forward to November I get a tax statement that doesn’t seem right. Come to find out they deeded the wrong piece of property. Now getting any kind of help or answers from them is worse than pulling teeth. Days off work, running in circles... read more
