I will start with the positives. It was very easy to schedule and office staff very nice and welcoming as well as their medical assistant that takes vitals who also ask the initial questions about your health. Really no wait time at all. Greeted as soon as you come in check in processs fast and efficient. Office appearance could use updating especially in the back. Absolutely love the office staff and doctor. Only downside is you almost wait an hour till be seen and they have no toys or anything for the babies to be entertained while having to wait for an hour or more.
I came for a visit and everyone was amazing! FNP Kim was very nice and explained everything. Definitely recommend
