I can’t even explain how awful our experience with them has been. The office staff acts inconvenienced to do their jobs. Won’t call to confirm/remind you about appointments but will INSIST they did. Won’t tell you ahead of time if you need to fast, then act like it’s your fault. The doctor continuously tried to convince my mother she has diabetes, even though my mother had recently done bloodwork elsewhere and knew she was not diabetic. I will start with the positives. It was very easy to schedule and office staff very nice and welcoming as well as their medical assistant that takes vitals who also ask the initial questions about your health. Really no wait time at all. Greeted as soon as you come in check in processs fast and efficient. Office appearance could use updating especially in the back.
