Very Friendly, smiling all the greetings by name. Listen to you about your needs. Explain everything they do. ASK QUESTIONS they will answer you. They treat you as a person, they don't rush. Ron
First impressions on arriving - a beautiful, well-appointed facility. Clean, fresh and the latest tools. The initial staff were welcoming snd caring. Dr. Budapati was outstanding. Very clear and well-paced explanations, very thoughtful of my history and how the treatment options could play out. Unhurried and no pressure to decide. The value statement on their website is perfect: “Compassionate Care Meets Clinical Exellence” I left feeling well-informed and ready to confidently proceed with one of her suggested plans.
