I was scheduled for 2:00 for an ultrasound at the Downtown location. The day before the appt, they called to tell me they messed up, and that they scheduled me for a genetic screening and ultrasound. Because I didn't need the screening, the ultrasound portion of the appt was scheduled at 3. They told me I could come in early and that they'd squeeze me in early. First off, I was sent to this office from the New Braunfels location and it was the wrong place, so I wasted my time and gas getting there. (I had a printout from the other office and had called ahead to confirm the location and was twice assured it was the right place.) When I arrived I was told it was the wrong place, but only after being pulled into the hall with another random patient and being asked to take this perfect stranger to the correct place with me across town (more time, more gas).
