Dr. Marsh is amazing, however, his front counter staff member is rude. Some of the women in this office speak to you in a demanding voice as if you are a dog needing instruction. Dr. Marsh needs to re-evaluate his office staff because he is going to lose patients. Or, Dr. Marsh should leave this practice and start his own. Either way, Dr. Marsh is a great doctor with horrible office staff members.

Brought my child in today as new patient to the Lockhill Selma office however I have another child who sees Dr Richards as well I walk in to be told they aren’t seeing patients due to no running water really and nobody bothered to Call me this morning but they called Monday to confirm talk about lack of communication with the patient you need to seriously improve on that part so I’ll be searching for new doctor this is not acceptable to have a 1pm appointment and no call you’ve had all morning to call me sadly they just lost... read more
Let me get make one thing clear, Dr. Tomasovic is an amazing doctor. His staff on the other hand, not so much. I am currently in the waiting room, while another mother is upset that they couldn't get through to talk to an actual human. I understand her frustration. But to have the staff come to the receptionists desk and openly talk about the situation and make rude remarks is not okay. Especially when people in the waiting room can hear.
My family and I can't thank Dr. Richards enough for the excellent care and compassion given to our son. Almost a year ago we weren't sure that our son would walk again and have a normal life, much less play football again. Austin is playing the sport he loves....football! He's on the B team starting as either Quick Tackle or Strong Guard! His will to succeed and overcome his illness and deficit is unlike any other. Thank you!!!
