I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. They’re incredibly inflexible and will refuse to reschedule you if you accidentally miss an appointment. The minute you show any kind of improvement the doctor won’t see you for two months. Tammy, the case manager, doesn’t do her job at all will not take you seriously if you’re in crisis. This place is a total joke and a waste of time. The visit was a teleconference. They are about as impersonal as you can get. I was not actually given the opportunity to fully explain the extent of my situation. If you can find another mental health practitioner, please avoid this place!
