If I could give below zero stars, I would. This place has completely failed me when I needed help the most. I was cut off my medication without any warning, which has had a serious impact on my mental health. No calls, no explanation, just left to deal with the consequences on my own. Today, I was told to be there at 8 AM — we showed up on time, only to find that no one even knew we were coming. Nobody had any idea who I was supposed to see or why I was there. Very poor service. Appointment got canceled with the excuse of not enough staff and they placed the patient on a waiting list knowing the patient is very low on medication. I would not recommend this place
