Went downhill in recent years. Whoever took over is terrible at staffing office positions. Whoever joined should choose another field. Zero stars for customer experience. Zero stars for answering phones. Zero stars for management.
Fantastic doctors. They care so much.
Don't bother scheduling because you will need another pain clinic within a year because of front office staff.
Worst clinic ever!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They lose your paperwork/medical records here and don’t care. The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional in every level. You schedule your appointments as directed. You end up having to wait hours past your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Don't waste your time here!!! Stay far away!!!
