Just read the responses from the "owner" concerning bad reviews. They are all identical, as if AI generated. I've been coming to this clinic for 8 yrs. I surely miss Dr. Bacon and Dr. E. Karen Albright is spectacular at her job. But they have decided not to treat patients entire symptomology. Anxiety, depression, sleep problems other symptoms you're on your own. Went downhill in recent years. Whoever took over is terrible at staffing office positions. Whoever joined should choose another field. Zero stars for customer experience. Zero stars for answering phones. Zero stars for management.
Fantastic doctors. They care so much.
Don't bother scheduling because you will need another pain clinic within a year because of front office staff.
Worst clinic ever!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They lose your paperwork/medical records here and don’t care. The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional in every level. You schedule your appointments as directed. You end up having to wait hours past your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Don't waste your time here!!! Stay far away!!!
