Terrible! I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience at this pain management office. Appointments are consistently overbooked, and the wait times are excessive - often over an hour past your scheduled time. It’s clear that the office prioritizes volume over patient care. What’s even more frustrating is their policy on no-show fees. Scam I spent 300 cash got a trial prescription that hasn't even been out for a year yet and wanted to give me an epidural steroid shot that doesn't fix your back it just mask it , I don't have insurance I told them at the beginning I don't have any money to waste I told them that but yet they want me to try a trial prescription and give me a spinal epidural steroid shot that won't last only masking the problems, after doing further research the epidura steroidl spinal shot has not been FDA approved.

I would highly recomend Texas Pain Physicians in Mesquite. My first injection was done today and everyone that took care of me were very kind. Dr. Irfan has treated me with nothing but kindness.and concern for getting my Chronic pain under control. The ladies in the front office are so helpful and greeted me with a smile. Thank you so much Dr. Irfan and staff!
