Love the Doctor and staff but the hassle is just unbelievable. Two appointments at the same time (one for med refill and one for injection) but then they canceled one of them about 20 minutes before I got there, but then put it back on schedule so I was taken to preop for injection after paying fee ($350ish). But then they made me walk over to a different building to pee and pay another fee ($78ish). I saw med assistant and took a cognitive test on an iPad and peed (never saw NP). My pain physicians it’s Dr. Elhady Absolutely horrible pain management doctor. I have a left foot that has had two surgeries a right arm that is currently broken, and now I have a tooth abscess and I have a root canal scheduled but my pain management doctor will not manage my pain. I will be reporting her to the Texas medical board.
Dr Kasiff is a great dr. Kind and carring listens to what you need to say and explains everyrhing and pricedures. The front staff is excellent. Ive never had a bad experience
I met with the nurse on my first appointment who made it clear medication is not the answer. That immediately through me off! The doctor came in and had me stand, wal, bend over and stick my hands out to test strength. He literally said one sentence to me. They immediately placed me on list to have numerous injections with no anesthesia unless I paid $100 cash everytime. I was given a minimal dose of an opioid and muscle relaxers. Please do not book an appointment with them I never in my life trying to reschedule an appointment giving them a second chance after being so rude when I had an appointment in the Plano office I know now I have to move on today 7/18/25 I was given the run around the transfer me 5 times I kid you not the call center know body knew anything because I was a new patient they kept saying since your a new patient you have to speak to this person and that person the same thing it went on quite a view times the last person I just kn... read more
