I am extremely disappointed with Texas Pain Physicians and Dr. Elhady. I have been in excruciating pain for four days and have left several messages with the office staff, yet I have not received a single call back. Not from the staff, and certainly not from Dr. Elhady herself. When you are dealing with severe, ongoing pain, being ignored only makes the situation worse. I wrote a very disappointing review for Texas Pain Physicians. Their communication skills are lacking both on the phone and in person. The doctor was rude, and I had to wait two hours past my appointment time to be seen. If I could give zero stars, I would. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Despite sending my medical records in advance and confirming their receipt by calling on Friday, nobody seems to know where they are. Last time here was here 3 hours. Left me sitting in the room almost an hour. Left in the same pain I came with as they had to order an MRI Big waste of my time. Got the MRI got another appointment and now I’m sitting h the room another HOUR and they don’t even have the MRI report and no one is telling me if I’m gonna see the doctor if anything is gonna get done today Another big waste of my time I suggest you go somewhere else Terribly run office
I love Dr. Zidan. He's so efficient and knowledgeable. Very kind and professional bedside manners. I would recommend him for ur pain management..
