They are incompetent. The receptionist lied to me. I had an appointment and when I got there she told me that she had been trying to call me to let me know that they no longer took my insurance. I checked the call log on both of my phones and she had not called at all. She sat right there and lied to my face. So, I was not able to get my meds either. Not a good clinic at all
I was asked to take a covid test as well, I didn't mind, keeps health care workers safe and well. They no longer do the testing. I think the staff is friendly and I have gotten great care and now my pain is under control for the most part
