Dr Dyer is a fantastic Dr, I wish that Texas pain took my humana medicare advantage and my medicaid, but they do not I cannot afford for my husband and I to continue paying 65.00 a month each as we live on a fixed income. Wish we did not have to leave. I do have a complaint they never answer phones and if they do you are put on hold forever and the front desk person is not very good at her job she drives me and several others crazy and not a very pleasant person. But we will miss Dr dyer he is amazing
They offer really good care and treatment.
The staff and the NP are very friendly but referrals, procedures, medication complications, and zero call backs (they get too busy to answer the phone or check voicemail) takes over a week have me overwhelmed and frustrated. They are trying to get a regular provider and I've suffered much longer as a result. Im considered opiate naive because I held off for years until I couldn't take it anymore.
