I was sent for a cat scan and xray I'm early Feb, after a few weeks I called and said ik the cat scan and xray is done when do I see the Dr again she told me they had been trying to call me but the number she had I have never heard of in my.life so I told them THATS NOT MY NUMBER AND I GAVE THEM MY NUMBER since then I've called at least 6 to 7 times AND EVERYTIME they say well we called and again it's NOT MY NUMBER. DR Bhatlia is completely professional. He really is concerned with your pain and wants to do the best procedure to help manage it. He doesn’t push for the most expensive procedure, and he doesn’t jump ahead and tell you what needs to be done. He listens to all your concerns and helps you come to a conclusion of what you feel needs to be the next step in your pain management. My experience with your dr and your PA’s has always been amazing. The only issue I have is the amount of time I have to wait past my appointment time. My last appointment was scheduled for 8:45 and at that time there were still employees just arriving for work. It was 9:15 before I was called back for my appointment. I understand that situations come up unexpectedly that could cause them to run late occasionally, but this has become routine.
