The doctor was wanting to simply give me any meds I wanted. He tried to schedule me for injections without even seeing my films or knowing where exactly I was hurt.
they are not courtesy to clients. they change appointments time and fail to notify the client. the office staff is rude. When you speak up the doctors make you wait even longer
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE OFFICE PERSONEL ARE RUDE AND USELESS! FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH THIS OFFICE WILL BE CONSULTING A NEW PROVIDER!
Love my dr. (Bhatla) However, their phone system is AWFUL...on hold for a total of 35 minutes only to find that the problem is that they have multiple offices with the calls rolling to one location, Fort Worth.
Having a problem making an appointment. No one ever answers the phone! I leave messages, but do not get a return call.
Went here today, checked in and started to fill out new patient paperwork. Half way through they me since I didn't show up 30mins early and only showed up 20mins early I need to reschedule. I don't have the time to take off again. And this is all based on the automated voicemail message that I played for them in office that said nothing about showing up early. Dr mitchell great last ten or 12 years. However the p.a. female last 4 or 5 months has been very Unprofesional! Refuses to show 1 single drop of EMPATHY.. No good bed side manner AT ALL...treats me 58 years old like I'm a druggie, here with Multiple Sclerosis since 1983..at 24 yrs of age! Back problems hit when I was 38 years old. Disc, scoliosis, tear at base of spine, bone spurs (Osteophites) 16 around C_Spine 9 going down whole spine. To add to that very intense Arthritis through out whole back and hands are mangled!
