What a pleasure to walk into this office! Dora was a breath of fresh air and has a great smile. Monique has been lovely. All the ladies are very helpful and friendly. The lobby was busy, but the staff was very expeditious! Esteban was super nice and very knowledgeable and thorough. Meeting Dr. Martinez was wonderful. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and cares for your needs. He listens and converses with you! Highly recommend these wonderful people! Thank you!
No longer the same level of patient care and concern after the recent departure of a few doctors from this practice. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where my pain is truly managed by compassionate and caring professionals.
Mostly of my appointments always remind me before the day of the appointment. But only this place doesn’t even care . Not even remind or call us or text or e mail . Unfortunately if you missed the appointment the fee was 50.00 … but suddenly it is 100.00 now they didn’t bother to update or warn about change of fees.. seem like they hope you will missed the appointment… that all they really care about it . ( we live very far( 50 miles away) so sometimes traffic are really sucks and we did call let them know running little bit... read more
