I am extremely disappointed and upset by the way my mother was treated at this facility today. My mother arrived for a very important pain management appointment literally one minute late and the front desk staff canceled her entire appointment. She was told that her doctor was already with another patient and that she could not be seen. What a pleasure to walk into this office! Dora was a breath of fresh air and has a great smile. Monique has been lovely. All the ladies are very helpful and friendly. The lobby was busy, but the staff was very expeditious! Esteban was super nice and very knowledgeable and thorough. Meeting Dr. Martinez was wonderful. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and cares for your needs. He listens and converses with you! Highly recommend these wonderful people! Thank you!

No longer the same level of patient care and concern after the recent departure of a few doctors from this practice. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where my pain is truly managed by compassionate and caring professionals.
