Great experience from the quote to the installation! I paid exactly what was quoted, the installers showed up exactly when they said they would and even after a mistake on the color door was made, it was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend this business with confidence.
They gave me a price over the phone and that's exactly how much I paid, no hidden fees or extra costs after the job was done. It was a little pricey to fix a gear that broke, when I know the part can be bought on amazon or ebay for cheap, but I didn't know how to fix it myself, so figured might as well pay for it to get done right. (After watching them do it, I know I made the right choice to just hire someone, it looked very complicated.) After they fixed the part, and left, the motor died on my opener.
