Horrible customer service. They were highly recommended to us. We took our vehicle to them to be worked on 3 weeks ago. The guy said he would hopefully get to it by the end of the week. Called back at the end of the second week and the guy said he had a mechanic quit and had to order parts. We were understanding of this, things happen. Called again at the end of the 3rd week and were told they had started working on the truck but didn’t have the right part. 5 stars doesnt even scratch the surface, I will always highly recommend Texas Outlaws to everyone about anything and everything, not just diesels but for gas vehicles as well. Spent years trying to find a great mechanic shop and I finally found one. Thank you guys for everything! I'm so happy to be able to call yall my mechanics and friends.
Need to check out Texas Outlaws Guns and Ammo. They have a nice selection to choose from.
The "other" shop coild not figure it out. These guys did quickly, called with a reasonable estimate and actually billed me a little less. This will be our shop.
