Dr Koval was approachable, listened, and was clear about a path forward...what was ridiculous was the paperwork to check-in! There were i think 12 pgs and you COULD NOT skip the irrelevant pgs to and answer your questions! With technology and programing you would think they(the office) could streamline those pages :0(
