The medical care from Dr. Onan and his team was great. However the billing processes at Texas Ortho need serious work. I paid a large charge in full two months ago and am still getting bills sent to me asking to pay it. I of course have the receipt, but even after speaking with multiple people in billing I keep getting the runaround and more texts/emails/mail telling me I owe them money.
RecommendedDr Denny very nice and good. Only one time had to wait past my appointment. His staff is great
Dr. Koval is an excellent doctor. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel heard. His staff is also kind and professional. Highly recommend Texas Orthopedics, Sports and Rehabilitation Associates.
Everyone I saw was great. They cared about my care. They were friendly and courteous. ......and Dr. Stuart is a darling man! Can I say that? Well, he was. I'll go back every time I need them.
