Dr. Papaliodis was warm, personable & thorough. He explained to my son what he was assessing and why. He made certain we understood the diagnosis and care plan.
I called to schedule an appointment and the lady was very rude. I've never broken a bone before so I'm not sure how this works but she was very short, seemingly annoyed and the hung up in my face. If this is how the staff acts, I'd rather not deal with the doctors. I'll take my business elsewhere!!
