I have been taking my son to this dentist for two years and have been trying to schedule him an appointment for two months. They rarely answer the phone, they never return calls, and the receptionist is rude. I just witnessed a phone call between a friend of mine and whoever answered the phone at this dentist office...I have never in my entire life EVER heard of a receptionist or whatever she is tell someone HOW TO BE A PARENT in my entire life. From the time the call was answered she was incredibly RUDE and wouldnt listen to anything that the parent had to say CONCERNING HER CHILD....I AM IN COMPLETE SHOCK of how she was treated and "TOLD" how to communicate with the other "parent" and they needed to "work it out" LOL.
