Dr. Chen and Alyssa are always fantastic. Before today Dr. Chen explained the process using a model. Next, Alyssa helped my 8 year old get a mold comfortably. Aurora often panics in these situations. I was so shocked to hear Alyssa does not have children. She was so patient. My Aurora was so scared before her procedure & Alyssa took time to talk with her. We love our orthodontist! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and so gentle with my twins. My kids love the iPad bar and overhead tv's. I love how fast we are in and out of our appointments. Both of my kids just finished with braces and their smiles and bites look spectacular! I would recommend this practice all day long!
