Dr. Chen and Alyssa are always fantastic. Before today Dr. Chen explained the process using a model. Next, Alyssa helped my 8 year old get a mold comfortably. Aurora often panics in these situations. I was so shocked to hear Alyssa does not have children. She was so patient. My Aurora was so scared before her procedure & Alyssa took time to talk with her.
