From the very first moment we walked into Texas Oncology on Scenic Drive in Georgetown, Pamela set the tone for our entire experience. She works the front desk and is the first person you encounter, and I honestly cannot imagine a more compassionate, capable, and empathetic person in that role. I pray that they treat their patients better than they do their delivery drivers. They were quite rude and snooty to me.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Rivera this week. I had a big chip on my shoulder due to my previous experience with radiation. Dr. Rivera was kind and patient with me and addressed my concerns. When I left I was very pleased with CTCC. The staff here is also fantastic. They do not use a gating system with the phones. When you call them a person answers the phone. They respond to phone calls and emails. Thank you Dr. Rivera and all the CTCC staff.

We had an on time appointment with Dr.Rivera today. He was very thorough and attentive and answered all questions. He is an excellent physician with a pleasant personality!
