Excellent personnel and staff!
First, let me be clear that my surgeon, Dr. Guajardo, is five-stars brilliant. His immediate staff (Alejandra, Susana) are great. The rest of the company however is incompetent to the point where I will take my monitoring needs elsewhere. They have made mistakes with authorizations and faxing orders that have delayed my cancer care multiple times causing me tremendous stress and loss of time (thankfully not years of my life).
